What is BAM Camp?
B.A.M. Camp is a results driven, outdoor mobile program of fitness
instruction, nutritional coaching, & motivational training geared
towards women at any fitness level! B.A.M Camp includes basic
movements such as lunges, squats, push-ups and other calisthenics
that require no equipment!
What if I can only
do one push-up? It doesn’t matter if you can do 1 push-up or
100! The point is to challenge yourself everyday to get
better! You’ve got to want it!!
What
kind of exercise do you do at B.A.M. Camp? B.A.M. Camp
combines strength training, cardio endurance, agility drills, and
other calisthenics, such as plyometrics to give you a full-body
workout that is sure to burn calories & get results! |
